In Department of Horticulture, U.G. courses is running as per fifth Dean Committee. The
Department of Horticulture has two well equipped U.G. laboratory with fruit science and post harvest
technology. Mother orchard (guava, custard apple, ber, acid lime, fig and lasoda) are established for
conducting practical and production of quality planting material. One shade net house is established
for fruit nursery management where different propagation techniques viz, cutting, budding and
grafting are practiced to students. For practical exposure in protected cultivation of tomato, cucumber
and capsicum, one polyhouse is also running. These all practical exercises developing entrepreneurial
